General Purpose Peak EMI Reduction IC

EMC83115309C is a versatile, 3.3 V / 2.5 V Peak EMI reduction IC based on TIMING SAFE technology. EMC83115309C accepts an input clock either from a Crystal or from an external reference (AC or DC coupled to XIN / CLKIN) and locks on to it delivering a 1x modulated clock output. EMC83115309C has a Frequency Selection (FS) control that facilitates selecting one of the two frequency ranges within the operating frequency range. Refer to the Frequency Selection Table for details.

EMC83115309C has an SSEXTR pin to select different deviations depending upon the value of an external resistor connected Between SSEXTR and GND. Modulation Rate (MR) control selects two different Modulation Rates.

EMC83115309C operates from a 3.3 V / 2.5 V supply and is Available in 8L 2 mm x 2 mm WDFN packages.

Application
EMC83115309C is targeted for many applications including USB, MCU,LVDS and SATA.

Pin Type Description
(1) Pin1 XIN / CLKIN Crystal connection 接时钟晶振
(2) Pin2 XOUT Output Crystal connection. 接时钟晶振
(3) Pin3 FS Input Frequency Select. 频率选择,接下拉的时候则输入为低频率范围(依据不同主板的MCU的工作频率定),接上拉的时候输入频率为高频率范围(依据不同主板的MCU的工作频率定)。内部有一个上拉电阻。
(4) Pin4 GND Power Ground. 接地
(5) Pin5 ModOUT Output Buffered Modulated clock output. 时钟CLK频率输出。
(6) Pin6 MR input Modulation Rate Select. 调制率幅度大小选择。 当为低时,选择低(小的)调制率。 拉至高电平时选择高(大的)调制率。 Pin6有一个内部下拉电阻。
(7) Pin7 NC 悬空,内部VDD电压。
(8) Pin8 VDD Power 2.5 V / 3.3 V supply Voltage. 接电源2.5V/3.3V
